Express UK Delivery:
Orders placed before 11am will be delivered the next working day by 1pm.
Express Saturday UK Delivery:
Orders placed before 11am Friday will be delivered on Saturday by 1pm.

Royal Mail are currently experiencing severe delays in some areas due to COVID-19, extremely high levels of post and a severely reduced workforce. This means that some deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we do appreciate your patience. UK Delivery:
We are currently offering four delivery options for the UK:
We are now sending all standard orders with FREE delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders are posted the next working day. Delivery is usually taking between 2 and 5 working days.
For £1.00 you can upgrade to 1st Class post. Orders are posted the next working day and usually take between 1 and 3 working days.
Please note that our 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery times are estimated and we do ask for your patience during this time as unfortunately delays are beyond our control.
If your order is urgent we do offer a £6.95 express delivery service via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be placed before 11am and will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will be by 1pm on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday by 11am will be delivered on Monday, with any orders placed after that and over the weekend posted Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
We also have a Saturday Express Delivery for anyone who needs an order delivering on the next Saturday. The cost for this service is £11.95. Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be posted Friday for delivery on Saturday. Any orders placed after 11am on Friday will be held until the following Friday.
All deliveries are currently be made by a contactless delivery service and no signatures will be collected at this time.
We do not offer international delivery via The Ribbon Co.
If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the UK you can place an order via our Altered Chic Etsy shop.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for free samples. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you need a sample urgently, please contact us with your order number.
If possible, we would recommend requesting a photograph of a sample to avoid any delays.
